Dr. Swathimutthu Prasad B N
I’m Dr. Swathimutthu B N, and my practice is deeply rooted in the Ayurvedic care of women’s health, with a focus on balancing hormones, enhancing fertility, and supporting every stage of the reproductive journey. My core areas of expertise include managing menstrual irregularities, painful periods, PCOS, endometriosis, PMS, and menopausal challenges through individualized, holistic care. I also provide preconception counseling and comprehensive postpartum support to promote safe and natural recovery. One of my key strengths lies in addressing infertility in both men and women. I integrate Ayurvedic detoxification therapies like Panchakarma, herbal formulations, and lifestyle interventions to naturally enhance fertility, regulate ovulation, and improve sperm health. My goal is to identify and treat the root causes of reproductive imbalances rather than just addressing surface-level symptoms. Each consultation begins with an in-depth assessment of the patient’s Prakriti (constitution) and Vikriti (current imbalances), allowing me to create highly personalized treatment plans. These plans often include Ayurvedic therapies, dietary adjustments, yoga, pranayama, and stress-relief techniques—customized for long-term vitality and well-being. My approach is not just about treatment, but about walking alongside my patients throughout their healing journey. Whether you are preparing for pregnancy, managing chronic hormonal issues, or navigating the emotional shifts of menopause, I provide close follow-up, emotional support, and continuous guidance. I am committed to building a compassionate, evidence-based practice rooted in Ayurvedic science. By combining ancient wisdom with modern insights, I aim to empower each individual to reclaim their health naturally, safely, and sustainably. Hello, It sounds like your immune system is responding strongly to certain allergens. 1. Can you tell me if you experience any digestive issues, like bloating or acidity, after consuming these foods? 2. Do you also experience skin rashes, headaches, or breathing difficulties with these allergies? Ayurveda suggests balancing your immune system by strengthening Agni (digestive fire) and using herbs like Guduchi and Triphala to improve digestion. Avoid cold and damp foods, and follow a Pitta-pacifying diet to reduce inflammation.

Hello Rabuil What are your ESR & CRP levels along with CBC? In Ayurveda, allergies are seen as an imbalance of the doshas, especially Vata and Kapha, often worsened by the buildup of Ama—a toxic residue from undigested food. When digestion is weak, Ama accumulates in the body and triggers inflammatory responses, leading to allergic reactions. The key to this, is to strengthen digestion, clear Ama, and balance the doshas. A diet that supports strong digestion is very important. Focus on warm, freshly cooked foods that are easy to digest. Include light grains, steamed vegetables, and lean proteins. Use spices such as turmeric, ginger, cumin, and coriander, as they help reduce inflammation and boost digestive fire. Avoid cold, heavy, oily, or processed foods that can increase Ama. Drinking warm or boiled water throughout the day helps flush out toxins and aids digestion. You can also add ginger or fennel seeds to the water for additional benefits. Lifestyle changes also play a significant role. Regular exercise, yoga, and pranayama (breathing exercises) help balance the doshas and improve overall health. Eating at regular times, avoiding overeating, and practicing mindful eating are essential for digestion. Getting enough sleep and managing stress through meditation or relaxation techniques further supports a balanced immune system. By following these dietary and lifestyle practices, along with drinking warm boiled water, you can reduce Ama, bring the doshas back into balance, and gradually ease allergic symptoms. You can start with simple digestive medicines like Shaddharan churna & Amrutottaram Kashayam in small doses to improve your digestion and overall detoxification.

Serum IgE (Immunoglobulin E) is an antibody that plays a crucial role in the body's immune response, particularly in allergic reactions. Managing high IgE levels through Ayurveda and diet focuses on reducing allergic responses, strengthening immunity, and balancing Kapha and Pitta doshas, which are often aggravated in allergic conditions. Ayurvedic treatment- 1. Cucurbest 1 tab in morning , empty stomach 2. Histantin 2-0-2 Before breakfast and dinner 3. Amrutharistham 30ml - 0-30 ml + Dooshivishari gulika 1-0-1 ( soak or crush the tablet in the amrutharistham ) Dietary Modifications to be done - Constant eating inflammation generating food leads to gradual increase in IGE levels 1. Warm, cooked, and light foods to reduce Kapha accumulation. 2. Anti-inflammatory foods: Turmeric, ginger, garlic, tulsi, and green leafy vegetables. 3. Probiotics: Buttermilk with roasted cumin (instead of yogurt). 4. Omega-3 rich foods: Flaxseeds, walnuts, and soaked almonds. 5. Seasonal, fresh fruits: Apples, pomegranates, and papaya (avoid citrus if allergic). Foods to Avoid: 1. Dairy & cold foods: Milk, curd, ice cream, and cheese (increase mucus). 2. Processed foods & sugar: Cause inflammation and increase allergic response. 3. Fried and oily foods: Worsen Kapha and allergic reactions. 4. Heavy grains like wheat: If gluten-sensitive, switch to millets like jowar & bajra. continue to follow this medications and diet changes for 1 month and then repeat your serum IgE and let me know
