As it's in mild stage as you mention You may get relief from psoriasis you have to follow proper diet and take panchakarma treatment In food avoid curd, potato, brinjal, green peas, turdal dal, fermented foods, maida, fried food, bekary food, cold beverages more intake of tea or coffee Avoid stress Do daily pranayama Take cap atrisora 1tid after food Tab rasamanikya 1 tid after food Aragwadadi kashya 15 ml bd before food Use atrisora cream Use psoracare oil If possible visit the nearby panchakarma centre and take shodhana karma like either Virechana karma or vamana karma based
