Since you have lichen planus, hair fall, heart issues, and menopause symptoms (periods stopped at 46), your body is going through severe Pitta-Vata imbalance and hormonal changes. Long-term medications might also be affecting your skin and hair health.
1.Ashwagandha Powder – Take 1/2 tsp with warm water in the morning
2.Triphala Churna – 1 /2tsp at night with warm water (detoxifies blood, prevents hair fall).
3.Bhringraj Oil + Neem Oil Massage – Apply warm oil to scalp twice a week
4.Aloe Vera + Amla Juice – Apply to scalp 30 minutes before washing
5.Fenugreek (Methi) Paste – Soak methi overnight, make a paste, and apply twice a week
6.Kumkumadi Tailam (Ayurvedic Saffron Oil) – Apply at night for glowing, even-toned skin.
7.Aloe Vera Gel + – Apply on affected areas daily
Increase These Foods: Soaked nuts & seeds (almonds, walnuts, flaxseeds, sesame) – Helps skin & hair. Coconut water & Amla Juice –
Iron-rich foods – Spinach, beetroot, pomegranate, sesame seeds.
Vitamin B12 sources – Fortified plant-based milk, nutritional yeast.
• Omega-3 sources – Chia seeds, flaxseeds, walnuts.
Avoid: Spicy, fried, and acidic foods .Sugar & processed foods Gentle Yoga & Meditation – Helps in autoimmune healing.
Proper Sleep (7-8 hours) – Helps hormonal balance & reduces stress.
Since you have heart disease, menopause, and hair fall, check:
1. Vitamin B12 & D3 levels (Common in vegans).
2. Iron & Ferritin levels (For hair growth).
3. Thyroid Panel (TSH, T3, T4) – Hormonal imbalances can worsen skin & hair issues.
4. Lipid Profile – To monitor heart health.
• Follow this plan strictly for 3 months to see visible improvement in skin & hair.
• Monitor heart medications and consult your doctor about possible side effects.

Hello Radha,
To suggest the right Ayurvedic management, I need to know more. How severe is your hair fall, and do you have itching or lesions on the scalp?
How widespread is the lichen planus, and is it painful or itchy? When did your periods stop, and have you had recent hormonal tests? What heart condition do you have, and what medications are you taking? Are you experiencing stress, poor sleep, or digestive issues? Also, as a vegan, are you getting enough protein, iron, and nutrients? These details will help recommend safe and effective Ayurvedic solutions.

Hello Radha, When was lichen planus diagnosed, and is it affecting only your skin or also your scalp, mouth, or nails? Do you experience itching, burning, or discoloration? Have you noticed a pattern in hair fall—gradual thinning or patches?
Since you are a heart patient and have stopped having periods, hormonal changes or medication side effects could be contributing to these issues. Ayurveda focuses on internal balance, so detoxifying herbs like Neem and Manjishtha can help with lichen planus, while Bhringraj oil and Amla supplements can support hair health. A personalized diet plan, stress management, and lifestyle modifications will also be beneficial.

Alright, I see you're wrestling with quite a mix of things here – hair fall, lichen planus, heart issues, and changes with menopause. It's a lot for anyone to handle. Let's break it down, focusing on natural options that might help, keeping your diet and med restrictions in mind.
First up, the hair. Hair fall often has a connection to stress or hormonal imbalances, you know. Since you're already on medications, let's lean on gentle, external treatments for your hair. Try a massage with coconut oil infused with curry leaves once or twice a week. Warm a little oil, add a handful of curry leaves, and let them sizzle until the oil cools down. Regular massage will nourish your scalp.
About your skin, lichen planus can be quite pesky. A simple topical paste might help – mixing turmeric with sandalwood powder and a bit of water. Apply this to affected areas, leave it for a while, like half hour, then rinse. Turmeric’s got these incredible anti-inflammatory properties but do a patch test first, your skin might react differently.
Now, dietary part. Since you're vegan, ensure you're getting enough B12 and zinc – they’re super vital for skin and hair health. You could try soaking a few almonds overnight, peeling them, and eating them first thing in the morning. Maybe sprinkle some chia seeds or flaxseed on your meals for omega-3, that's heart-friendly too.
For managing stress, which can affect both skin n' hair, try a hot glass of Ashwagandha tea at night. It's calming and balances Vata and Kapha doshas that might be affecting you.
Since your heart's also in the mix, before trying anything drastic, please do check with your doctor, especially if you're taking medication for your heart or other conditions.
Lastly, I know menopause's affecting your cycle. Hormonal shifts are tricky. Ensure you're keeping warm, as cooling foods might aggravate Vata dosha.
Always remember: small consistent changes matter. Give these suggestions some time and see how your body responds. Stay well!
