Hi Shwetha, I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you're facing. 1. How long have you been experiencing issues with digestion and incomplete bowel movements? Are there any specific triggers like stress or certain foods that seem to worsen your symptoms? 2.Can you describe any changes in your skin, such as the appearance of pimples or dryness, after the abortion? Also, are you experiencing any other symptoms like fatigue, mood swings, or changes in appetite? 3. Have you consulted with a healthcare provider regarding your irregular periods and cramps, especially after the abortion?

Okay, sounds like you're dealing with quite a few issues here. Let’s break this down a bit. First, your digestion seems pretty off, like maybe your agni (digestive fire) is weak. Ayurveda would suggest starting with a simple and light diet. Go for easily digestible foods like warm soups, kichari (a blend of rice and lentils), and steamed vegetables. Sip on warm water throughout the day, it helps with digestion, try avoiding cold stuff and old leftovers. Keep your meals consistent, but small, and try not to skip meals 'cause that might upset things more. For the skin and hair, both are usually linked with imbalances in the Pitta and Kapha doshas, maybe aggravated post-abortion. You could try applying a gentle herbal oil to your scalp, something with bhringraj or amla. Do this a couple of times a week before washing your hair, it helps nourish the scalp. For skin clarity, a face mask with sandalwood powder mixed with rose water might help calm that Pitta. Your hormonal imbalance, irregular periods, and cramps indicate a possible ack of balance in Vata and Pitta. I'd recommend including healthy fats like ghee and nuts in moderation, and try to incorporate some mild balancing herbs like shatavari or ashwagandha. Might help regulate your cycles. Remember to avoid excessive caffeine, spicy foods, and late nights. Sleep is super crucial too, maybe some calming activities before bed, like warm baths or gentle yoga. If your symptoms persist or worsen, it’s super important to check in with a healthcare professional. Personal consultations help customize the treatment more effectively. D'ya think you could keep up with these changes? Make sure to listen to your body and adjust according to how you feel. Health’s all about balance, and Ayurveda offers some gentle ways to get there.
