Hi Neera,
May I know how your lifestyle is, is very hectic and stressful? How does your daily diet look like? How are your energy levels? Since when have you been taking these medicines, and were these prescribed to you?
Hello sir, These medications are definitely useful in improving the condition, but taking too many meditations can also be harmful if they are not prescribed by a licensed Ayurvedic doctor. Also, please put some light on the diet and lifestyle that you are following because PE & ED are basically stress oriented and lifestyle oriented disorders. Also, do you feel in general any body symptoms like weakness, fatigue, lack of interest in daily activities etc? How is your digestion and sleep? If required, we may have to test your hormones as well. Please provide this information so that I will be able to help better.
Hello,
Your approach includes some good choices along with that I am going to advice some lifestyle modification and yogas which will be more beneficial Dabur Gopal Tail Massage – Good for improving local blood circulation, but it should be massaged gently for 5-10 minutes, not just applied and left overnight. Use 2-3 drops, avoid too much pressure Avoid spicy, fried, and processed foods.Eat nuts (almonds, walnuts, cashews), pumpkin seeds, and black raisins daily.Increase protein intake (paneer, eggs, fish, legumes).Reduce alcohol and smoking (if taking ). Walking, Swimming, or Jogging (30 min daily) improves blood flow. Yoga Asanas: Bhujangasana, Vajrasana, Ashwini Mudra (contract & release pelvic muscles) improve control over ejaculation. Kegel Exercises – Strengthens pelvic muscles for better control. If stress/anxiety is a factor, practice meditation or pranayama (Anulom Vilom, Bhramari). • Good sleep (7-8 hours) is crucial for testosterone production.
Your plan is good,Kegel exercises will give much better results.
Avoid addiction if any. Regular exercise. Tab.Confido 2-0-2 Count plus granules 3 tsf with milk twice Cap.Brahmi 1–1
Ed and pme problem arises when blood flow of sexual organ not fullfill Taking ayurveda medicine is good but regular exercise and diet modification should be followed and also take some stress relief tab like bramhi vati
Hey there, so you’ve been dealing with ED and PE for a pretty long time eh? Alright, let’s talk about this plan you’ve got and see what we can tweak or adjust…
First off, massage with Dabur Gopal Tail—yeah, external application could potentially help with penile blood circulation and warmth but be mindful of any skin sensitivities you might have, possibly test a small area before slathering it all on! Use gentle strokes, maybe 5-10 mins tops before bed as you said sounds reasonable.
Now about the tablets. Unjha Makardwaj Gold is a classic energy and vitality booster in Ayurveda, however, it does contains metals like gold, so be cautious… Overuse or misuse might not be ideal. Better check with a local practitioner if you’re unsure, maybe start slow n see how ur body reacts.
Unjha Ashwagandha Ghan Vati, is generally safe, widely used for stress reduction and vigor. It can surely help across the board. Similarly Vigorise Gold cap could compliment by boosting stamina and immunity, but u should ensure there’s no overlapping ingredients with other stuff you’re taking.
Rajvaidya Rasayan vati is another rasayana herb meant to rejuvenate but taking 2 each time, is quite potent. Starting with slightly lower doses n building up might be a good idea… just to see how each one feels in your system.
Keep an eye on any side effects though—tummy issues, energy crashes, misc reactions, all of that. Consistency matters but balance is key, listen to your body’s feedback.
And don’t forget basic lifestyle touch-ups, sleep, diet, and exercises - they all adds up over time or maybe even stress management like some light yoga or meditation? Couldn’t hurt!
If things persist or worsen, sounds worth checking in with a healthcare professional who’s familiar with ayurvedic intergration to make sure everything’s kosher, safety first yknow…
