Since when do you have the symptoms? Has it Happened gradually or suddenly? Also, if you have tested your uric acid levels, please post them here. Do you also have any burning sensation, discolouration , pain or excessive sweating in the body?

It seems like you might be experiencing a vata imbalance, which can lead to stiffness, body aches, and soreness in the joints. The continuous stiffness you’re describing could also indicate issues related to ama (toxins) or vata aggravation in your system, potentially linked to your uric acid levels or metabolic imbalance.

To address this:

Continue with Uric Acid Support if it’s helping, but also consider adding herbs like Guggulu and Ashwagandha to reduce inflammation and support joint health. Warm oil massage with sesame or eucalyptus oil can relieve stiffness and improve circulation. Diet: Avoid excess salt, acidic, and processed foods. Focus on warm, moist, and nourishing foods. Drink warm water with turmeric and ginger to help reduce inflammation. Are you experiencing any digestive issues or difficulty with urination, which could also indicate a deeper imbalance?

It sounds like you’re dealing with quite a bit of discomfort. Stiff hands and feet, especially with body aches and sore joints, could be pointing towards a few different things from an Ayurvedic perspective. Often, this kind of stiffness is related to an imbalance in the Vata dosha. Vata is responsible for movement and can go outta balance with cold, stress, or irregular routines… it might be worth looking into your daily habits.

So, why’s Vata the troublemaker here? When it’s out of whack, it can dry up your joints and tissues, leading to stiffness and pain. First off, it’s important to keep warm and avoid cold exposure. A nice warm oil massage daily with sesame or mustard oil can work wonders for loosening things up. Warm, moist foods and beverages, like a nice bowl of lentil soup or herbal teas (ginger tea maybe?) are also great for balancing Vata.

Your current use of “Life Tones’s Uric Acid Support” might help if uric acid levels are contributing to joint pain. But if it’s not the right fit, it won’t do much good. Know what, you should check if a medical test has shown high uric acid. Some of these pain symptoms could be due to gout, but it’s not the only cause.

Don’t forget your diet; thing like leafy greens, root vegetables, and whole grains are your friends here. Avoid too much raw salads or cold foods which might aggravate Vata. And before bedtime, try sipping on warm milk with a pinch of turmeric. Helps with inflammation…

Since you’re experiencing this all the time, not just morning stiffness, professional checking would definitely be wise. Consider visiting a healthcare practitioner for a thorough evaluation. Ayurveda is great, but clarity about what’s causing the issue helps big time. Also, don’t ignore the body aches, they might have their own story. My advice? Integrate modern medical insights with Ayurvedic wisdom for the best outcome. Stay warm and stay balanced!
