Hi, Prolonged spotting could be due to a hormonal imbalance, affecting vata and pitta. Have you experienced any recent changes in your stress levels, diet, or lifestyle? Do you have a history of irregular cycles or any digestive issues? How are your usual cycles?

Hello, There are multiple reasons for continued, vaginal discharge, or intermittent, spotting. It could be uterine cervical or vaginal. Have you done your Latest uterine scan? That will give more clarity on whether there is any issue related to your endometrium, or any growth, like Polyp or fibroid is there! Also, a fresh assessment of your hormones would be ideal as sometimes hormonal imbalance also, causes continued spotting. Do you also have pain or fever along with this?
