Poonam ji, aapke dwara bataye gaye lakshan – gale ke haddi ka badhna, dard, sans lene mein dikkat, khatta mahsoos hona aur raat ko neend mein pareshani hona – in sabse pata chalta hai ki aapke gale mein kisi prakriya ki samasya ho sakti hai, jo ki kaafi samay se ho rahi hai.
Ayurveda ke anusar, ye lakshan Vata dosha ka asar ho sakte hain, jo ki hawa, sookhepan, aur dard ko badhata hai. Aapka BP bhi kisi anukool prabhav ko badhata ho sakta hai.
Iske liye main kuch ayurvedic upay sujhav karunga:
Chyawanprash: Ye ek prachin rasayan hai, jo immune system ko majboot banata hai aur gale ko sukoon deta hai. Iska upyog din mein 1-2 chammach garam paani ke saath karen.
Talisadi Churna: Agar aapko khansi aur khatta mahsoos hota hai, to Talisadi churna ka istemal karein. Yeh apke phlegm ko saaf karta hai aur gale ki sujan ko kam karta hai.

Acha, gale ke haddi badi hui ka matlab hai ki ho sakta hai ke thyroid gland ya phir कोई कड़ापन हो, jo shayad uss hisse me swelling ya inflammation ki vajah se ho raha ho. Raat ko sans lene me dikkat aur muh se sans lene ki zarurat, saath hi khatta pan, kasne aur khansi ke symptoms lagtahai esophagitis ya acid reflux ho sakta hai, kabhi kabhi GERD (Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease) ki vajah se bhi hota hai.
Ayurveda me, hum yeh samajte hai ki Vata aur Pitta dosha ke imbalance ki vajah se aise conditions ho sakte hai. Pitta jo agni ko represent karta hai, jab badh jaaye, toh acid reflux ke jaise symptoms develop ho sakte hai.
Ab, kuch practical cheezein bhi hain jo aap try kar sakte ho:
1. Khane ka Dhyaan: Rat ko late dinner avoid kare, jo light ho, wo khana preferable hai jise pachne me aasani ho jaaye. Khana khane ka time aur uska interval maintain kar ke rakhe.
2. Jeeran na ho to Triphala Use Kare: Dinner ke baad halki gunguni pani ke saath Triphala churna le. Yeh pachan aur digestion ko sudharne me madad karta hai.
3. Garam Pani ke Gargle: Din mein 2-3 baar warm saline water se gargle kare, ye gale ke swelling aur inflammation me aaram deta hai.
4. Herbal Tea: Mulethi aur adrak ki chaye peene se gala sooth hota hai. Magar mulethi ka use agar blood pressure ki problem ho to consult karke kare.
5. Sote Samay Sir Ucha Karke: Thoda takiya use karke sir ko uchha rakhen taki reflux se aapko restlessness kam ho.
Stress aur zyada dhyan na dene ki wajah se bhi symptoms aggravate ho sakte hain, tho relaxation techniques jaise yoga aur pranayma bhi duniya bhar me kafi helpful saabit hue hain.
