I’ve been feeling bloated and sluggish after meals for a while, and I’ve read that incorporating ghee into my diet could help improve digestion. I’ve also noticed my skin has been dry and dull lately, so I’m curious if ghee could help with that as well. From what I understand, ghee in Ayurveda is used for its healing properties, but I’m not sure how to use it properly in my daily routine. I’ve heard it’s great for balancing the Vata dosha and that it’s beneficial for the skin, but how exactly should I incorporate it into my meals?
