For the past few months, I’ve been dealing with weird skin issues that I can’t figure out. It started as mild redness on my face, but now it’s spreading to my neck and back. My skin feels hot and there’s this constant itching—almost like it’s burning from the inside out. I also get small rashes, especially when I eat spicy foods or spend too much time in the sun. I read somewhere that these could be pitta symptoms on the skin, but I’m not sure how to confirm that. I’ve tried cooling lotions and even cut out certain foods, but nothing really helps long-term.
