I’ve been dealing with sinus issues for as long as I can remember. The congestion is worst in the mornings, and I often wake up with a headache and pressure around my forehead and eyes. The blocked nose makes it hard to breathe, and even simple things like drinking cold water can trigger a flare-up. Over-the-counter decongestants help a bit, but I’m tired of relying on them. I’m hoping to find a more natural, Ayurvedic remedy for sinus relief. I’ve heard about Nasya (oil drops in the nose) and herbal steam inhalation, but I’m not sure where to start. Which Ayurvedic treatments or herbs are most effective for chronic sinus congestion? Are there any specific routines I should follow to see lasting improvement?
