From past one year I am suffering from sneezing and watery nose very frequently. Even after I woke up I feel like some water is filled below my nose. I have also suffered alot with my hairs along with this allergy. I am unable to feel free while breathing.

Externally 1. Marichyadi thailam - warm oil apply on the head half hour before bath 2. Sinol drops - put 2 drops in each nostril

3. Massage your head with Bhringraj Amla oil.

Additionally:
- Take steam twice a day.

Your symptoms are suggesting of allergic rhinitis probably triggering by exposure to cold/ dust Divya Shwasari Kwath - Divya Mulethi Kwath - Mix both the medicines. Take one teaspoon (around 5-7 grams) of this mixture and boil in 400 ml of water, until it reduces to 100 ml. Strain it and drink on an empty stomach twice daily Divya Laxmi Vilas Ras - Divya Sanjeevani Vati - Take one tablet each twice a day - after breakfast, and dinner with lukewarm water or milk boiled with turmeric and cooled. Sithophaladi churna- 2 pinch with honey to be licked twice daily
