I'm 20 now but looks like 16 years old tall skinny and most embarassed is brest and hips growth it was like 29 and hips are like 28 .......feel so low confidence and embarassed .want to gain weight eat alot but nothing empacts on my body !

*Would suggest to do Investigation Thyroid function test. *Consult Ayurved physician according to them body detoxification means panchkarma will help. *Medicine : 1.Shatavari kalp 2 table spoon in 1 cup warm milk in the morning and at bed time. 2.Dashmularistha 2 table spoon + same quantity luke warm water after breakfast and dinner for 3 months. * Avoid fermented processed, packed food, no bekary product no maida, no oily spicy food, no pickle, papad. *Daily yoga under guidance. * Avoid to stay up at night.

Focus on a balanced daily routine (dinacharya) to maintain consistency, as this will optimize your agni, or digestive fire. Make sure not to skip meals and maintain regular sleeping patterns. Adequate rest allows your body to regenerate properly and supports healthy weight gain.
