My friend suffering from vitiligo she's try many tretment but sence two three years problem increase and she's to much mentel trauma. Problem not cure right now visible my white spots and patches on face to... Pls suggest vitiligo is curable or not ???

Avoid spicy oily, sour, fermented and processed food. Regular exercise. Take morning sunlight after applying leukoskin oint. Liq.Leukoskin 20 drops in a glass of water twice. Tab.Gerifort 2-0-2

Applying a paste of the seeds on the affected patches and also consuming it after consulting an Ayurvedic practitioner might help. Turmeric mixed with mustard oil applied twice daily on the white patches is also recommended.

3. Lifestyle Changes: Stress can worsen vitiligo, so encourage practices that help reduce stress, such as yoga, pranayama, and meditation. Regular sun exposure in moderation can sometimes improve pigmentation—let them sit in early morning sunlight for about 15 minutes.

4. Therapeutic Processes: Panchakarma therapies like Virechana (therapeutic purgation) can sometimes be beneficial. This should only be undertaken with a professional Ayurvedic practitioner’s guidance.

5. Ongoing Support: It is crucial for your friend to have continuous support. Vitiligo, due to its visible nature, can indeed impact mental health profoundly. Encourage her to connect with a support group and a mental health professional if necessary.
