In Ayurveda, the appearance of a yellowish tint and dark patches on the face is typically diagnosed through the lens of Kshudra Roga (minor skin conditions) or Vyangya (hyperpigmentation), primarily caused by an imbalance in the Pitta Dosha and a disturbance in the Rakta Dhatu (blood tissue). 1.Mahamanjisthadi Kadha: A potent blood purifier. Dosage: 15–20 ml with an equal amount of water, twice a day after meals. 2. Arogyavardhini Vati: Excellent for balancing liver enzymes and clearing skin toxins. Dosage: 1 tablet twice a day after meals. 3.Sarivadyasava: Helps in cooling the blood and reducing the yellowish tint. Dosage: 15ml with equal amount of water after lunch and dinner. 4.External Applications Kumkumadi Tailam: This is the gold standard for facial patches. Usage: Apply 3–4 drops on a clean face at night. Massage gently in upward strokes.

The timing after multivitamins and flaxseed capsules suggests a metabolic or liver clearance overload with Pitta–Rakta aggravation, leading to pigmentation changes and intermittent skin inflammation.
