Yes, you can use aloe vera. Because of its anti- inflammatory and soothing properties, aloe vera is excellent for cooling irritated skin and reducing the itching caused by tinea versicolor. Some studies even suggest that aloe vera contains properties that may inhibit the growth of the fungus responsible for the infection.

Aloe vera may soothe itching but usually does not cure Tinea Versicolor completely. Take Gandhak Rasayan 1 tablet twice daily after food Nimbadi Churna 3 grams twice daily with warm water Apply neem oil or diluted tea tree oil on affected area twice daily Keep skin dry, avoid sweating, tight clothes, oily creams, and sugar excess

Yes, aloe vera may help soothe the irritation, itching, and dryness associated with suspected Tinea Versicolor because it has cooling and skin-calming properties in Ayurveda. You can apply fresh aloe vera gel gently on the affected area 1–2 times daily. It may reduce: Itching and burning Dryness and flaking Skin irritation However, aloe vera alone may not completely remove the fungal imbalance. Since your itching is increasing at night and started recently, proper antifungal care and skin hygiene are also important. Keep the skin clean and dry Avoid excessive sweating and tight clothing Reduce very oily, sugary, and fermented foods Use light cotton clothes Avoid scratching to prevent further irritation
