Suffering from Vestibular Migraines from last 2 months. Taking English medicine which are not helping much. Currently taking Ciplar 40 and Eliwel 10. I don’t have dizziness but feeling heavier in forehead especially while walking. Please advise .

Consider following an oil massage or Abhyanga with warm sesame oil. This could be particularly beneficial for pacifying Vata and easing tension. Applying a few drops of warm sesame oil in your ears (Karna Purana) could also aid in balancing Vata.
