I am very slim since last 10 years...i am now 19 years old, height 160...and weight is just 42...my body is very slim...breast is very small...my hand seen very slim...my periods are regular...no any past diabetes history...no any surgery....no mental disease...but i have one wired problem about my GIT..my stool is normal but when i feels about now its time to have to pass stool and there is no toilet...even if i am not able to go toilet for 30 45 min..after stool signal...i get vertigo and full body sweat...i get shivering...and this happens 2 times in last 2 year...i eat 3chapati sabzi salad,rice dal...itake breakfast then lunch in evening snacks and dinner at night...i eat lots of this than also i can't increase my weight...i want to increase weight and look healthy..my hands my breast my kamar....and i live in hostel and i eat hostel food..i don't able to purchase dry fruits and expensive things for weight gain but i can have other thinks...homemade powder for drink...or ayurvedic powder for drink...that can i do...if help me

Several factors that contribute to being underweight includes:- 1. Skipping meals / Irregular eating habits & timings 2. Excessive physical exertion 3. Chronic stress 4. Thyroid imbalance

Consume Nutrient desne foods :- 1. Protein rich sources = lentils, beans, tofu, chicken & fish 2. Healthy fats = avocados 3. Complex Carbs = whole grains, oats, sweet potatoes, carrots, beets, black beans, chickpeas 4. Consume daily 3 litres of water to support digestion, metabolism. 5. Improving digestion by Incorporating herbs like ginger, cumin, fennel to stimulate Agni & optimise nutrient absorption.

6. Take Chyawanprash - 1 tsp daily with milk 7. Drakshadi kashayam - 4 tsps with warm water two times a day after meals 8. Weight gain powder can be made with combine equal quantity of churnas such as Ashwagandha, Shatavari, Vidari kanda, Bala, Guduchi & Gokshura - 1 teaspoon with milk at bed time. 9. Adequate sleep for 7-9 hrs.

3. Bringaraja savam - 20 ml morning and night after food

🌱Apply - balaashwagandha lakshadi tailam

🌱 Avoid spicy, hot, sour foods, deep fried oily foods

🌱 Intake milk , ghee

🌱 Controlled day sleep

🌱 Oil bath is good

If loose motion problem - first vilwadi gulika 2 - 0 - 2 after food for one week then after intake these medicines

Ashwagandha powder – ½ tsp + Shatavari powder – ½ tsp Mix in warm milk (or warm water + jaggery) → Drink daily

Take this every morning for at least 3 months

🍽️ Meals:

Stick to your hostel food but add:

1 banana or boiled potato daily

Ghee on chapati or rice (just 1 tsp/day helps)

Avoid cold foods and over-spicy food (which disturb absorption)

🥛 Mid-Morning or Evening: Weight-Gain Drink (Homemade)

Mix the below in warm milk or water (budget-friendly):

Roasted chana powder – 1 tbsp

Ground peanuts or sesame – 1 tbsp

Shatavari powder – ½ tsp

Add jaggery (gur) for taste and energy

Drink this once a day (evening preferred)
