I don't know what type of my skin is ... makeup don't getsfixed ... I apply sunblock base or anything it gets removed by perfuse sweating on face what should I do? Moreover there's acne on my skin which leave black dark spots on skin what should I do... Kindly guide and recommend some product. My hand fingers nuckles are dark pigmented

Don’t worry 🙂 This is due to aggravated PITTA dosha.So,Avoid 1.excessive spicy 2.excessive sour, salty food,curd,sesame seeds etc. **Start taking 1.Usheerasava 20ml +20ml lukewarm water just after having meal b.d 2.Amla powder 1tsf with water b.d. 3.Neem tab.2-0-2 4.Manjishtha tab. 2-0-2 ** Drink coconut water. **Massage your face with NALPAMARADI OIL thrice in a week. **Apply paste of Raktachandana powder +Manjishtha powder +Mulethi powder and then wash it off with cold water. Follow up after 45 days.

Also, incorporating a Pitta-pacifying diet can be very helpful. Include cooling foods like cucumber, cilantro, mint, and water-rich fruits, such as watermelon. Steer clear of spicy, oily, or overly salty foods, as these aggravate Pitta.

For skincare, try using rose water as a facial mist or toner—it can provide a soothing and cooling effect, helping to manage perspiration. When choosing products, opt for non-comedogenic and lightweight formulas to prevent blocking your pores. You might prefer using aloe vera gel as a light moisturizer to soothe and hydrate your skin. For the dark spots caused by acne, turmeric paste (a mixture of turmeric powder and a little water or honey) applied directly onto the spots can aid in lightening them, due to its anti-inflammatory and lightening properties.

Regarding your hands, almond oil can be quite beneficial for pigmentation issues. Massaging a few drops of almond oil onto your knuckles can gradually help lighten the darkened areas.

Lastly, it’s crucial to stay hydrated to aid your skin in flushing out toxins. Drink enough water through the day, and consider herbal teas like chamomile or fennel to soothe your system.

Acne and pigmentation concerns on the skin are often signs of imbalance in the pitta dosha, which can manifest as excessive heat and inflammation. Likewise, sweating profusely could be related to overactive pitta or an imbalance in the agni, the digestive/metabolic fire. It’s crucial to address these root causes for effective management.

For your skin, consider applying a paste of sandalwood powder mixed with rose water. Sandalwood has cooling properties that help pacify pitta, reduce inflammation, and lighten dark spots. Apply this mixture to the affected areas for 15-20 minutes before rinsing off with lukewarm water.

Regarding the excessive sweating and makeup issues, try using fuller’s earth (Multani mitti) once or twice a week. It helps absorb excess oil and keeps the skin less greasy, which might be causing makeup to slip. Mix fuller’s earth with a little bit of water or rose water, apply on the face for about 15 minutes, then rinse thoroughly.

For darkened skin on knuckles or hyperpigmented areas, prepare a paste of turmeric and milk. Turmeric’s anti-inflammatory and brightening effects can help lighten pigmentation. Leave the paste on the knuckles for 10 minutes before washing it off. Regular application can provide better results.

Addressing your diet and lifestyle is equally important. Reduce spicy, oily, or fried foods, as they can exacerbate pitta imbalance. Favor foods that are cooling and hydrating, like cucumber, coconut water, and fresh fruits, which can help manage body heat.

Also, maintaining a calm daily routine with adequate sleep and stress management techniques, such as yoga or meditation, can stabilize the doshic balance.
