I am really at a loss here. A few months ago, I started using Rajah Ayurveda Anu Thailam after hearing great things about it for nasal health and sinus issues. At first, it seemed to help quite a bit with my constant nasal congestion, but now I'm wondering if I'm using it right?! Like, I thought it would clear things up even more, but lately I've been feeling this weird tickling sensation in the back of my throat after applying it, which didn’t happen at first. My sinuses can feel okay some days but then get all clogged again other days. I’ve also noticed kind of a strange taste in my mouth after using Rajah Ayurveda Anu Thailam, and honestly, it kinda freaks me out. I mean, is this normal? Like, am I supposed to feel different reactions after more use? Should I be concerned about these side effects? I’m not sure if maybe my body is just adjusting to it or what, but the tickling makes me think there's a chance I'm using too much or not enough or even too often. I do love the idea of natural remedies and the whole Ayurveda approach, but I just want to make sure I’m doing it right. Any thoughts or experiences with Rajah Ayurveda Anu Thailam that could help me out? I could really use some guidance!
