For the dark spots, consider Kumkumadi Tailam, it’s a classical Ayurvedic remedy great for enhancing skin texture. You can apply a few drops on your face at night. Just be careful not to use too much, since your skin’s already oily. Maybe start with 2-3 drops and gently massage it in.
