Iska ilaj Ayurved mein kai tariko se kiya jata hai. Lok jese mausam change hota hai, toh bahut log sensitive hote hain. Yeh bhi dhyaan rahe ki immunity weak hone par bhi aaya ja sakta hai.

Sabse pehle, ap khud ko dekhna parega ki kya khane se apke symptoms aur kharabe ho jate hain. Bahut logon ke liye, dahi, cold drinks or fried food se kapha barh sakta hai. Isliye yeh cheezein avoid karna zaroori hai.

Thodi si lifestyle change bhi help karegi. Samaik cheezein like regular yoga or pranayama nafas ko fresh rakhti hain. Agni (jo apka digestive fire hai), usko strong karne ki koshish karein. Saath hi, tulsi ki chai ya giloy ras piya karo - yeh bahut effective hote hain immunity ko boost karne ke liye.

Ek chota sa tip hai, kachi haldi ko dudh ke sath ubal kar sharbat peena. Yeh soojan aur khansi dono ko kam kar sakta hai. Agar ghar mein kumkum adi powder ho to usko shehed ke sath leh sakte hain, kisi gram ke equivalent. Wo bhi bohot help karta hai.
