I am really confused and kinda frustrated. Lately, my left ear has been itching like crazy, and I have no clue why ear is itching so much. It started a couple weeks ago, and at first, I thought it was just some dry skin, you know. But then it became this constant annoying itch, and I can't help but scratch it which I know I shouldn't. I don't even have allergies, or any colds, so why ear is itching? I tried using a bit of coconut oil thinking maybe that would help, but the itch just won’t go away. Sometimes I feel this weird slight pain and my hearing feels a bit muffled too, which makes me think maybe I should be worried?? UGH! I saw something online about possible ear infections, but nothing is really red or anything like that. Is there like an ayurvedic approach to figure out why ear is itching?? Maybe some herbs or oils that can soothe it? I don't wanna just keep using creams or drops from the pharmacy, but I'm at my wits end here. If anyone has dealt with this or has suggestions, please help me!!
