I am facing a lot of hair thinning recently and it's seriously stressing me out! Like, I used to have such thick hair, but now I'm finding more strands on my pillow and in the shower drain. My friend mentioned that maybe flaxseed could help? I've heard that it has some good nutrients, but does flaxseed actually help in hair growth, or is that just a myth? I've tried different shampoos and even some supplements, but nothing seems to work. I read somewhere that Omega-3 fatty acids are supposed to be good for hair, and I think flaxseed is packed with those, right? I've been trying to incorporate it into my diet by adding it to smoothies, but I honestly don't know if I'm doing it right. Are there specific ways I should be using flaxseed to see if it helps in my hair situation? Like, is the ground flaxseed better than whole seeds?
