I am really curious and a bit confused about using kapoor on hair. I read somewhere that it has amazing properties for promoting healthy hair, and I remember my grandmother used to mix it with oil for massages. Actually, I tried that last week because I’ve been dealing with some serious dandruff and itchy scalp. Ugh, it’s super annoying, right? I thought, okay, let’s give this kapoor thing a shot. I mean the smell is really nice – it instantly took me back to my childhood! But still, after a couple of uses, I am not sure if I’m seeing the benefits yet. My hair feels kinda softer, but the flakes are still there. Like, can we use kapoor on hair regularly? Wondering if there are any specific ways to use it, or maybe it doesn’t work for everyone? Should I mix it with something else for better results? And do the benefits come from just the kapoor itself or does the way it's applied matter too? I feel a bit lost here and could really use some advice from you all. Thanks!

Leave it on your scalp for around 30 minutes to a couple of hours before washing it out with a mild herbal shampoo. Be consistent with this routine for a few weeks to assess whether it’s making a difference.

It’s also important to take note of any adverse reactions. If you continue experiencing significant dandruff or itching despite regular use, it might be time to consider other remedies or consult an expert. Kapoor may not work well for everyone, especially for severe dandruff conditions.

Maintain a balanced diet rich in fruits, vegetables, and omega-3 fatty acids, which support overall hair health.
