I am trying to figure out my skin type, and honestly, it’s been confusing. Lately, I've been noticing that my cheeks feel kinda tight, but sometimes my nose and forehead get all oily. Like, I thought I just had dry skin because of how dry my cheeks are, espcecially when the weather turned cold. But then my T-zone gets super shiny especially after a long day. It’s so weird! I heard that knowing how to know if I have dry or oily skin can help me find the right products, but I seriously don’t know where to start. Should I just wash my face and see how it feels afterwards? Or maybe there's some test? Also, I bought some moisturizer that my friend recommended, but it seemed like it made it worse because my forehead got all greasy! I’m worried that I might be doing it all wrong and messing up my skin even more. Like, how do people even figure this out? If documenting my skin's reaction to different products could help too, what exactly should I be looking for? Any tips or tricks on how to know if I have dry or oily skin?
