I am really struggling with my hair lately, and it’s been super frustrating. About a year ago, I noticed my hair was starting to thin out, and recently, I’ve had a lot more breakage too. Like, every time I wash it, I see strands stuck to my hands or on the towel. Ugh! I read a little bit about how to strong hair root and wondered if maybe there's something I’m missing. I tried a few different shampoos, even some supposedly natural ones, but not sure they are helping! I had my doctor check for any deficiencies, and everything came back fine. Still, I can't shake the feeling that there's gotta be a better way, ya know? I mostly eat a balanced diet, but sometimes I forget my veggies. Would that affect how to strong hair root? Also, I have this habit of tying my hair up tightly which makes me wonder if that’s doing more harm than good?? If anyone has any tips or personal experiences on how to strong hair root, I would really appreciate it! I feel like I’m losing my hair and my confidence with it! Thanks in advance!!
