I am really struggling with my hair lately, and I can’t help but feel super anxious about it! A few months ago, my hair was thicker and felt strong, but now I notice that my hair roots feel weak and I’m losing strands a lot more than usual. I even went to a dermatologist, and they said my scalp is healthy, which is a relief, but I’m guessing I need to do something about these hair roots! I’ve tried a bunch of different shampoos that are supposed to make hair stronger, but honestly, they don’t seem to help much. I’ve been kind of looking into Ayurveda because I heard it can help with hair issues, right?
