Khujli aur lal dane ke aapke symptoms kisi prakar ki pitta dosha vitiation ya skin allergy ka sanket de sakte hain, jaise ki urticaria. Jab mausam thoda thanda hota hai, tab skin ki dryness aur thoda aur badh jata hai aur kyunki tab aprapti doshas bhi sabse jyada dosha ho sakta hai. Pehle aapko pitta ko shant karna hoga, aur vata ko sudharna hoga.
Sabse pehle, aapko apne khane me thanda aur shaant karnewale ahar ko samilit karna chahiye. Esme dudh, gheeya, khira, pani purak sarvatya samit ho jaaye. Chai, coffee aur masaledaar khane se dur rahiye, kyunki ye body mein garmi bada sakta hai. Har din subah khali pet nariyal pani pi sakte hain kyunki ye pitta ko balance karta hai aur body ko hydrate rakhta hai.
Bahar ke liye, aap sarso ke tel ka malish kar sakte hain. Sarso ka oil body ko moisture aur garmi provide karta hai, jo skin ki dryness ko dur karta hai. As gentle cleansing option, aap sandalwood powder ka lep bana sakte hain. Sandalwood powder ko pani ya gulab jal ke sath mila kar, halke hatho se skin par lagaye.
Herbal remedy me, neem leaves paste bhi upyogi hai. Neem ki kuch patiya ko pis ke paste bana kar daily 10-15 minute tak lagakar dho le. Neem ek prabhavshali anti-inflammatory aur antibacterial jadibuti hai jo aapki skin ko thandak aur rahat deta hai.
Yadi aapke symptoms ghrabar ho ya dawa se fark samajh na aaye toh doctor se milkar allergy ya kisi dosha ke alap mein jantkar liye, as Swatantra chikitsa ki avashyakta ho sakta hai. Dhyan rahe ki kisi bhi herbal ya tel ko use karne se pehle allergy test zaroor kare.
