I am struggling with my hair growth lately and feel like I’ve tried every product out there! Even went to a dermatologist, and they recommended some treatments, but honestly, I'm skeptical. I came across kalonji, or black seed, and I’ve heard it can do wonders for hair growth. I mean, does anyone know how to eat kalonji for hair growth? Do I just take the seeds whole, or should I grind them up or mix them with something? I've been dealing with thinning hair for like a year now, and it's really starting to bug me, you know? Sometimes I get these random patches that seem like they’re not even growing at all. If I eat kalonji regularly, will I see results in a few weeks, or does it take longer? Also, do I need to do anything else besides just eating it, like topical applications? I read somewhere someone made a oil from kalonji but can't remember all the details. Ugh, I feel lost!
