I am dealing with these dark circles under my eyes and it's like no matter how much sleep I get, they just don’t go away! A few weeks ago, I was on a trip, and not sleeping well made everything worse. Thought maybe the lack of water. I tried drinking more but still, those dark circles haunt me. My friends say I look tired, and honestly, it’s getting to me — I feel like I look older than I am and just not fresh at all. I’ve tried some over-the-counter creams honestly, but they don’t seem to do much and I heard they can cause irritation?? I even started washing my face with cucumber slices like I read somewhere, lol. I guess I'm just desperate to figure out how to deal with dark circles because it’s making me feel super self-conscious. Is it just lack of sleep, or could it be something else? I’ve read about how diet can impact skin too, but I’m not really sure where to start. Anyone have advice on natural remedies or just tips on how to deal with dark circles? I could really use some help before my next big event coming up! Thanks in advance!
