I am really worried about my hair lately. I mean, I've always had thick hair, but over the last couple months, I've noticed way more hair fall than usual. Like, every time I wash my hair, there are so many strands in the drain! It's kinda freaking me out. I read that stress can be a factor, and with work being super hectic, I guess that makes sense. But I also started to wonder, why does hair fall happen in the first place? Is it just stress or could there be something else, like my diet or maybe even hormonal changes? A few weeks back, I went to the doctor, and they said everything looks fine, but I'm still finding way too many hair strands on my pillow, and I can't shake the anxiety about it. I’ve tried some commercial hair oils but didn’t notice much difference. Would Ayurveda suggest any natural remedies or lifestyle changes to help with why does hair fall? Like, are there specific foods to avoid or add to my diet? And what about massage or herbal treatments? Any insights would really help cause I’m feeling a bit lost and don’t want to keep losing my hair!
