I am really frustrated with my hair lately. For months, I've notice it getting thinner and more fragile. I've tried a bunch of shampoos and treatments, but nothing seems to work. I even got some blood tests done, and they didn’t really show anything alarming, which is super confusing. My mom always says that the hair roots need to be strong for better growth, and that got me thinking about how to make hair roots stronger. I’ve looked into some herbal stuff and Ayurveda since my aunt swears by it. She talks about things like amla and bhringraj, but I have no idea how to actually use those. Like, do I just apply the oils? Should I mix them with something? And then there’s this thing about diet; I’ve read that what we eat can really affect our hair too. I try to eat healthy most days, but maybe I'm not getting the right nutrients? If anyone has tips on how to make hair roots stronger, or even if I've missed anything vital in my routine, I would love to hear your insights! Stress can also weaken hair roots, so practicing mindfulness or yoga might be beneficial. As per Ayurveda, maintaining a routine with adequate sleep, hydration, and regular meals aligns the body and mind, promoting hair health. Hormonal changes can also affect hair, so monitor overall lifestyle factors.
