I am really struggling with my hair lately, like, I notice it’s getting thinner and haven’t been able to figure out why. A friend told me about onion juice for hair growth, and honestly, I’m a bit skeptical but also desperate! I read that onion juice is great for stimulating hair follicles and maybe it could help? But like, how to use onion juice for hair growth in the right way? I tried just applying straight onion juice once after chopping up a few onions. I mean, it smelled awful, and I can't tell if it actually did anything, but my scalp felt kinda weird after. I left it on for about 30 mins, but I’m wondering if that wasn’t long enough or if I should’ve mixed it with something? There’s just so much info online, and it gets overwhelming. I noticed that it might help with dandruff too but not sure if that's just myth???? Anyone else dealt with hair thinning and used onion juice for hair growth? What’s the best method — like, should I be doing this every day or just once a week? And do I need to do anything special after, like wash it out with a specific shampoo?
