My age 43 heavy hair fall for the last 5months.Depression,body heat also.I am a vegetarian.Need remedy For this

For your daily routine, prioritize regularity which is calming for your mind and body. Try to wake up around the same time every day, ideally before sunrise, to take advantage of the cooling stillness of the early morning. Morning meditation, even just 10 minutes can help alleviate stress levels.

Cooling herbal teas, especially ones with mint or chamomile, are beneficial in reducing Pitta. Brahmi is another excellent option; taken as a tea or powder mixed with water, it supports mental clarity and relaxation.

For hair health specifically, apply coconut oil, which is cooling, to your scalp at least twice a week. Massage it in gently, leave overnight and wash off with a mild shampoo the morning.

Aloe vera gel is another soothing option; consume a tablespoon of fresh aloe gel daily on an empty stomach to cool your system internally. Make sure to consult an ayurvedic practioner if you have existing conditions like diabetes before starting with aloe.
