I am really struggling with my skin lately. I've always had pretty clear skin, but somehow over the last few months, these annoying breakouts have popped up. Like, so frustrating! I swear, I’ve tried all sorts of lotions and potions, but nothing seems to work. The weird part is, I read some random post online about how diet can impact acne, and now I’m wondering... does eating curd cause acne? I've always loved curd, especially in the summer. I put it in smoothies, have it with meals, and pretty much enjoy it every day. But like, what if that’s the culprit? I don’t even know for sure, since, around the time my skin started acting up, nothing else really changed in my routine. Just food choices, I guess. I read that some people have a negative reaction to dairy, and even though curd is a fermented product, I’m just not sure if it counts. Anyway, do you think curd could be causing my breakouts, or is it something else I should focus on? Should I try cutting it out for a while or just chill? Thanks for any insights you might have!
