I am really struggling with my skin lately, and I need advice! I’ve had these persistent pimples for what feels like forever. It’s just so frustrating. I tried a bunch of different creams and topical treatments but nothing seems to work. My friend mentioned that I should look into how to use vitamin e capsules for pimples, and it got me curious! I’ve heard that vitamin E helps with healing and maybe it could help clear up these pesky breakouts. I was thinking of just popping a few capsules and dabbing the oil straight on my face, but I’m worried about how to actually use vitamin e capsules for pimples properly.
