I am really struggling with this stubborn acne and need to know how to use vitamin e capsules for pimples on face. Like, I’ve tried tons of creams and treatments, but nothing seems to work, and I'm honestly kinda fed up with all the products. Just last week, I had this huge pimple that came out of nowhere right before a big family gathering!!! I felt so self-conscious the entire time. I heard about vitamin E being great for skin and was thinking of trying it. I’ve seen people talk about how to use vitamin e capsules for pimples on face, but I’m confused about the best way to do this? Should I just pop the capsule and apply it directly? Sounds kinda messy, right? Also, is it really effective or just another internet trend? I read somewhere that vitamin E could help with scarring too which would be amazing since I have some marks left from previous breakouts. Should I use it daily or just when I see a pimple coming? If I can't tell if a pimple is forming, like that sneaky one last week, should I just apply it regularly?
