I am having this ongoing struggle with my hair, it's been thinning for a while now and nothing seems to really work! A friend suggested I should try moringa powder, but I’m not even sure how to use moringa powder for hair growth. I’ve read online about mixing it with different oils or shampoos, but I worry I might mess it up or not get the combo right. A few weeks ago, I started taking a couple of supplements and I thought that would help, but then I noticed my scalp still feels kinda itchy too, which is super annoying. Honestly, I've tried a ton of things—hair masks, oils, even some fancy salon treatments—but the results just never stick. My mom used to have the thickest hair and now I'm just feeling frustrated that mine is just so... blah. I heard moringa has loads of nutrients and that it's really good for promoting healthy hair but how to use moringa powder for hair growth? Like, do I have to mix it with something specific or can I just sprinkle it in my regular conditioner? And how long till I might see any changes? Any advice from those who’ve used it would help me out a ton! Just really hope there is something that can actually make a difference. 🙏
