I am really struggling with the eczema on my arms and face. It's been flaring up more than usual lately, and I'm seriously just tired of dealing with the itch and redness. I've done some research, and I keep hearing about how is avocado good for eczema? A friend mentioned they found relief from using avocado oil, like, on their skin, but I’m not sure if it really works or if it’s just another trend?
