Seeking Permanent Solution for Vocal Health and Post Nasal Drip - #41975

I have been suffering from vocal scarring from last 5 years, 3 years ago underwent surgery and remove scarring from both side vocal cords,took speech therapy. From last 6 months experiencing voice is very tired, unable to get some sound out while talking, feel tight neck and pain in throat. Another surgery performed 3 days before, using my own plasma, PRP injection given on both vocal folds. I am seeking for permanent solution with my better voice health. Also suffering from post nasal drip due to nasal septum deviation making one side smaller than another.

Include a diet that is light and easy to digest, with plenty of warm soups and stews. Favor foods like cooked vegetables, moong dal (lentils), and whole grains. Turmeric with milk is known in Ayurveda for its anti-inflammatory properties; consider having a warm drink of turmeric milk before bedtime. A pinch of black pepper and honey can be added for extra benefit.

Nasal steam inhalation using eucalyptus oil can act as a relief for post-nasal drip and helps open the nasal passages. Regular practice of Pranayama, particularly the Bhramari and Anulom Vilom, can enhance breath control and reduce stress on the vocal cords.
