I am seriously struggling with hair loss and have been looking into all these natural remedies. I heard that amla can regrow hair?? A friend recommended it, and I read some articles online, but I’m still unsure if it really works! Last year, I noticed my hair thin out a lot after a stressful time at work, and I've tried a couple of different shampoos and oils but nothing seems to help. I've even then started taking vitamins and stuff, but my scalp feels really dry sometimes, and I just don’t know what else to do. I've started using amla oil after seeing mixed reviews on its effectiveness, and I’m considering adding fresh amla to my diet too. Does anyone here have experiences with using amla for hair growth? Like, can amla regrow hair for real? How long does it actually take to notice any results? Also, should I be doing anything specific, like mixing amla with other ingredients or just using it on its own? I’m really hoping to see some changes, maybe some regrowth or at least stop the shedding. Any tips would be super appreciated!
