Aapko jo symptoms ho rahe hain, wo Kapha dosha imbalance ki taraf ishara karte hain. Ayurveda mein isse Pratishaya (chronic cold) kaha jata hai. Tulsi, Pippali, Ginger, aur Honey ka use aapke liye faidemand ho sakta hai. Nasyam treatment aur Neti kriya (nasal cleansing) aur steam inhalation bhi madadgar ho sakte hain. Agar symptoms zyada ho rahe ho, to Ayurvedic practitioner se salah lena behtar rahega.

Dekhiye, Ayurveda kehta hai ki is tarah ke lakshan, kapha dosha ki imbalance ki wajah se ho sakte hain. All clear nahi abhi tak, hai na? No worries, mein samjhta hoon.

Pehle dietary changes per focus karte hain. Heavy aur oily food, like dahi or paneer, ye cheezein na karein. Simple, warm foods like moong dal ka soup ya khichdi lein. It’s easier for your digestion. Nimbu paani bhi helpful hota hai, lekin thoda honey mix karke (par garam paani mein nahi) kyunki kapha ko balance karta hai.

Ab lifestyle changes ki baat - Subah uth kar lukewarm paani se gargle karein, ye hals ke liye acha hota hai. Aur agar aap surf walks lete ho toh ensure kapdon se properly wrapped ho, kyunki thandi hawa ye issues aggravate karti hai. Thoda pranayama bhi daily routine mein shamil karein, basraadhe kuch deep breathing exercises - kapalabhati ya anulom-vilom 5-10 minute daily will help. Ye na sirf stress release karta hain but also helps aapka immune system shakti de.
