I am really confused about how to use triphala churna for skin. Like, a few months back, I noticed my skin getting really dull and dry, and I’ve tried a bunch of creams and serums, but nothing seems to work! A friend suggested I try triphala churna and said it’s great for skin health? But I have no idea what to do with it. Should I mix it with water, or is there something else I need to do? I heard it can help with not just dryness, but also acne and pigmentation which is TOTALLY my issue! I did some reading and found out that it’s packed with antioxidants, but then I got lost on how to actually incorporate it into a skincare routine. There’s conflicting info out there like some say to take it internally, others mention topical application? I don’t want to waste more time or money!
