I am really worried about my hair lately. It's thinning and falling out more than I ever thought possible. Like just last month, I noticed clumps in my brush and that’s when I started looking into what could help. I’ve tried a bunch of shampoos that claimed to help with hair growth but nothing seems to work. I even went to a dermatologist, who gave me some medicated shampoo but honestly, I don’t see much change. I heard about Ayurveda not too long ago from a friend who swear by it for their own health issues. I'm curious, which ayurvedic medicine is best for hair growth? I’ve read about some herbal oils and powders, but there’s just soooo much info out there, and I don’t know what to trust. Also, I’m wondering if there’s dietary changes that can support the process too because I feel like I don’t eat the best. My scalp can get itchy, too, which makes me think there might be some imbalance?? Like, should I be looking into specific herbs, or maybe even a specific oil to apply? I’d love to know if there's a go-to mix or a formula you guys suggest. Thanks for any help!

Warm it slightly before use to enhance absorption. Let it sit for at least an hour or overnight before washing it out. Amla oil, abundant in Vitamin C, can also be a benefficial addition to your routine. These herbs work synergistically to nourish the hair and scalp and promote rejuvenation.

Considering internal support, consider Triphala—an Ayurvedic herbal remedy consisting of three fruits: Haritaki, Bibhitaki, and Amalaki. This can help cleanse the body of toxins and support digestive health which is deeply tied to hair health. Finally, ensure you follow practices like Abhyanga (self-massage with oil), stress management, and maintain good hydrattion as these will support overall doshic balance, enhancing hair health further.
