I am really struggling with managing my eczema lately. It’s been super frustrating!! Like, I've tried everything but nothing feels like it’s working. Last week, I came across this suggestion about coconut milk, and it made me wonder, is coconut milk good for eczema? I mean, my skin gets so dry and flaky, and I’ve heard coconut oil can be helpful, but I didn't know if the milk would work the same way or not. I'm also dealing with some irritation around my elbows and knees, and it feels like the eczema just keeps coming back no matter what. I read somewhere that coconut milk might help with hydration or something and can be soothing for the skin, but I'm unsure. Anyone out there know more about this? Is coconut milk good for eczema, or should I stick to more traditional treatments? I've tried various creams and lotions, but they seem to do more harm than good sometimes, and I wonder if incorporating things like coconut milk into my diet or using it topically could help.
