I am noticing that my hair has been falling out more than usual lately, and I’ve read a lot about biotin and its benefits. I tried a few products with biotin, but they really didn’t seem to help much. One of my friends was telling me that I should look into how to make biotin powder at home, but I honestly have no idea where to even start! I’ve done some searches online, and it seems really complicated. What if I mess it up? I mean, I get that biotin is really good for strengthening hair and nails, but can you really make it at home? What ingredients do I need to use? 😅 I heard it can be made from things like eggs or nuts, but do you have to do a lot of prep first? Also, how do I use the biotin powder once I make it? Can I just mix it into smoothies or something? I’d love some advice on how to make biotin powder at home, and any tips would be amazing.
