While I don’t have severe symptoms, I do experience occasional nasal congestion and difficulty breathing, especially at night. Can Ayurveda help with managing mild DNS, or is surgery the only option? From what I understand, mild DNS can cause issues like snoring, sinus infections, and even headaches if left untreated. Does Ayurveda offer therapies like Nasya (nasal oil application) or herbal steam inhalation to manage the symptoms of mild DNS? Are there specific herbs or oils, such as Anu Taila, that are recommended for improving airflow and reducing congestion?
