Here is the English translation of what you wrote: --- I have a hair fall problem. When I was in school, I used to oil my hair regularly and keep it in braids. After school, I started oiling only before washing my hair. Earlier also I had hair fall, but not this much. Now it has increased a lot. Literally after every wash, when I see so much hair fall, I get very stressed. After drying my hair, more than 100 strands fall out. I really don’t know the exact reason. I am trying to improve my lifestyle too. I don’t understand what to do. How should I do oiling? Should I oil 2 hours before wash or keep it for the whole week? After that, I am confused about shampoo – which one is best and safe? What should I use to stop hair fall and for regrowth? Please guide me properly
