Hello, The following will help you to get releif from the issues- 1. Pathyakshadatryadi kashayam 15ml–0----15ml 45 minutes before breakfast and 45 minutes before dinner by adding 45ml of boiled cooled water for 60 days. 2. Dasamoola katutrayam kashayam 15ml----0----15ml 45 minutes after breakfast and 45 minutes after dinner by adding 45ml of boiled cooled water for 60 days. 3. Nasoallerin capsules 1-----1----1 after each meal for 60 days. 4. Sinol nasal drops 2–0—2 drops to each nostril at 0600AM and 0600PM for 45 days Diet- 1. Eat freshly cooked warm food for 90 days. 2. Avoid refrigerated -reheated-deep fried-oily-outside food and also cold food and raw food. 3. Drink at least 2 liters of boiled warm water a day. Take care, Kind regards.
